By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

AppRaven is a research tool for the Apple App Store. It collects publicly available information — app metadata, public customer reviews, and Apple's own search term popularity data — and organises it so you can evaluate markets and competitors.

The service produces research and suggestions. It does not produce advice, and nothing it outputs is a prediction that an app will succeed. Decisions you take on the basis of it are yours.

We report what our sources publish. Apple does not disclose download or revenue figures for third-party apps, and where a figure is unknown the service shows it as unknown rather than estimating it. Search demand scores are relative values published by Apple, not volumes.

Public data changes without notice and third-party sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty that the data is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share access. Tell us promptly at contact@meflabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or republish the data the service returns as a competing dataset or product;
• scrape, bulk-export or otherwise extract the catalogue by automated means outside the features the product provides;
• circumvent plan limits, quotas or rate limits, including by creating multiple accounts;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems it runs on.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious we will try to warn you first.

A free plan is available with the limits shown in the product. The Pro plan costs $50 per month or $480 per year, in US dollars, exclusive of any tax that may apply to you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access continues until then.

If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the free plan after a grace period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

If the service does not work as described, write to contact@meflabs.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to this and is not affected by it.

The service, its interface and its software remain ours. The research you create — collections, saved comparisons, build plans, reports — remains yours, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Underlying App Store content belongs to its respective owners. We claim no ownership over it and neither should you.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled data collection runs on a daily and weekly cycle; interruptions to third-party sources can delay it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or the commercial outcome of a product you decided to build.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of a serious breach. On closure we delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of France, and the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.
